PLEASE READ and agree to the following information before booking...

1. Prices are starting prices and are subject to change at the discretion of the stylist. Haircut prices range from $60-80, not including add-ons.

2. Please do not bring pets or children to your appointment. For haircut appointments, one guest may accompany you if you like. The studio is a cozy space and does not have room to accommodate many bodies, and is not designed to entertain children. Well behaved service animals are allowed.

3. Please do not enter the studio early. If you arrive before your appointment time, please wait in the designated waiting area. The time in between appointments is often a time for a needed break or to clean up and prepare for your appointment. If the door is closed, please knock.

4. Service timing is not 100% predictable. Everyone has different hair types and goals. I will do my best to let you know if I'm running behind so you're not waiting in the waiting area too long. I always make sure every client's hair is excellent before they leave!

5. Do not arrive at your appointment intoxicated. Doing so will result in cancellation and a 100% service fee.

6. Find and pay for parking on the street. Parking kiosks accept coins, card, and payment through the Passport app Monday through Friday until 6pm. Downloading the Passport app is recommended because it allows you to add time to your meter while you're in the salon. Wild Heart Hair Studio is not responsible for any parking tickets accrued. The parking lot behind the building is not available for public use, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. Saturday morning and Thursday evening farmers markets affect downtown parking availability and more time may be needed to find a spot.

7. A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment. The booking site vagaro.com does not disclose your card information to me or anyone, and your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. At the end of your appointment, cash, card (including Discover and Amex), Venmo, Apple pay, and Google pay is accepted.

8. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you must change or cancel your appointment. Late cancellation may result in a fee of 50% of the service price. A no-show will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the service price.
